Jotcloud is a extremely simple web service that is designed to let anyone jot down notes quickly on the web. It was written using PHP, MySQL and a cool programming technique called AJAX.

Here's a demo - it is in Japanese - but it conveys the simple user experience brilliantly.

It was written to address the problems of leaving sticky notes on the computer at work, on the refrigerator at home or scribbling notes in one of a dozen places and not being able to get to the right note when it was really needed. Now, you can write and access your notes from any computer with access to the internet.
